It is a fine house set in its own grounds with sea views on a hillside overlooking the town of Funchal. (www.quintasantaluzia.com or www.facebook.com\/qtastaluzia). There are large gardens and a vineyard, with a swimming pool, tennis court and table tennis all for our exclusive use. The weather will be warm, but not too hot; and the island is blessed with natural abundance. We\u2019ll be in circle in the mornings, generally we\u2019ll have a long break after lunch, and then be in circle again or dance in the evening. \u003Cbr \/\u003EYou can use free time to explore, or just relax and integrate the work of the retreat by the pool or in one of the lovely lounges. Half-way through the retreat we\u2019ll have an afternoon trip by minibus to explore another part of the island, and one evening we\u2019ll eat out in a local restaurant.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\u003Cp\u003EArrival and departure: \u003Cbr \/\u003EWhy not combine the retreat with some days before or after the retreat, if you are able to, exploring more of the many other delights of Madeira? \u003Cbr \/\u003EThe retreat itself starts with dinner from 6pm on the evening of Monday 12th. You are welcome to arrive at the Quinta from 3pm on 12th to settle in. \u003Cbr \/\u003EThe retreat ends after breakfast on Monday 19th. We are happy to cater for any food allergies or dietary requirements, although meat-eating diets are not possible.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\u003Cp\u003EPlease note that the retreat is alcohol free and use of drugs is not permitted.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\u003Cp\u003EAccommodation and cost: \u003Cbr \/\u003EThe retreat will have exclusive use of the beautiful villa.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\u003Cp\u003EThe retreat room is in a lovely separate space in the grounds of the Quinta giving us complete privacy. There is a range of different options for bedroom accommodation, from amazing large twin and double ensuite rooms facing the sea, to bunk beds in a basic dormitory in a building adjacent to the villa. All but one of the twin\/double rooms have ensuite bathrooms; there is only one single room (the beds in the twin rooms can be separated, unlike the picture above).\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\u003Cp\u003EThe inclusive cost is for the whole retreat\/holday package, with all meals for the week (except the meal out at the restaurant). It also includes access to swimming pool and tennis court, and a mid-week minibus outing to visit some of the amazing places on Madeira.
